Mark set up our home security system. He installed the home alarm system and camera surveillance system. He was clear on what we were after and based on our needs was able to suggest certain upgrades to ensure the system met our needs and allowed for us to add to it down the track. We are also able to control both units from our phones. His service was excellent and he was always on time. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my closest friends.

My Husband & I first met Mark in 2007, we’d just moved in to a rental property that had an alarm which was a positive but no one including the agent knew the code, Mark’s # was written on the keypad, as a last resort I called him and to be honest I was expecting a cold shoulder but was very surprised to find someone so willing to help that by the end of that day he’d called the agent and made sure I was who I said I was and then not only provided me a code but also walked me through changing the code to something I’d remember.
